will tell you "how much" you can figure on having to spend on your home.
2. BEFORE deciding to build, look into the local building permit process.
3. BEFORE buying property, check for easments, flood plains, septic usage(perk test).
4. When looking for house to build, SHOP around and compare. $5.00 a SqFt difference
can mean $10,000 on a 2000 SqFt home...
